Whatever brings a formerly married couple to the point where they are ready to marry again, their history has a significant influence on their wedding plans, their ideas about what marriage means and how to live as a couple. It is a very different set of expectations to those of someone who has never had the experience of being a Bride or a Groom.

Committing to a new marriage shows resilience, strength,  the courage to trust and an ability to invest yourself in another person’s life.

This is a really important event in a couple's life. Of course it should be recorded and of course it deserves the attention of a skilful photographer, but it has to be appropriate photography, too.

We still sit down with the couple and get a clear understanding of who they are and what their commitment means. We still provide the very best our skills and knowledge can provide - but we know that there are certain aspects of the wedding that will be quite different and we have learnt that our post-production time will be spent quite differently, and so we begin by offering a significant discount as we start to design our photography with the husband and wife to be.
