Bride’s Preparation

Groom’s Preparation

Rehearsal and Reception

The Ceremony

Formal Images

Photo Album

I will meet with the Bride and Groom well in advance of the wedding date. We will talk about Style, share ideas, look at some pictures, and sort out the venues for the different photo shoots on the Day - the Bride, the Groom, any favoured outdoor sites, alternatives if the weather isn’t ideal.

We will talk through any special requirements you have and photos that you want to be sure aren’t missed. We will go over your Ceremony so I see my role from your point of view.

I will help you choose the most appropriate Package or design your own, and we will sort out the financial details; most of all, we will be setting up a comfortable working relationship that will ensure my team and I support your plans.

On the Day, we will be with the Bride and Groom as they get ready. Before leaving for the Ceremony, we will usually take some formal, posed photographs, and details of the dress, shoes and accessories.

At the venue we will mingle with the guests and record the preparations, before photographing the arrival of the Wedding Party and the reactions of the guests when they first see you. We will capture your Ceremony discreetly and in intimate detail, then organise group photos before taking you and your attendants off for a very special set of photographs prior to your Grand Entrance as Man and Wife.

The Reception will be captured in a candid, relaxed fashion, ensuring none of your guests are missed out - all the traditional activities will be on your disk: your Introduction; the Speeches, the First Dance, Reading the “Telegrams”, Throwing (and catching!) the Bouquet and the Garter; Cutting the Cake and your Farewell.

I will stay at the Reception until you leave. By the time you get back from your honeymoon, your photos will have been proofed, prepared, and placed on your own section of our web site, where they can be viewed and enjoyed by your family and friends, including those people unlucky enough not to have been with you on the day.

If you have chosen to have more intimate pictures taken (e.g. lingerie, glamour or boudoir photos), they will be in a separate, private section requiring a password for access.

We will accept orders for prints online, because many newlyweds prefer not to part with their disks and don’t want to be responsible for distributing copies to any but close friends and relatives. However, you will receive ALL of your images on DVD within three weeks of the wedding, and you are perfectly at liberty to give as many copies to people as you wish.

If you have chosen to receive framed prints or a coffee table style photobook as part of your package, I will wait for you to tell me which prints to enlarge and frame, and which pictures to include in the Book. Some couples prefer to leave the choice to us, or you might like to sit down with us so we can design your album together. The choice is yours: there is no extra charge involved.
