Practicaps Photography and Imaging (David Rich Photography/Practicaps Weddings) retains the copyright in all photographs taken. An unrestricted, non-commercial licence is granted to the bridal couple, including the right to distribute photographs and digital files and with no requirement to acknowledge the original copyright owner unless the images appear in a publicly accessible form, when a caption or watermark in the form “Picture by David Rich Photography” or “Picture Copyright Practicaps@optusnet.com.au” would be appreciated, but not essential.

You may not transfer your rights in these images to a third party; you may not use them or allow them to be used in a way that suggests they were taken by anyone but the original photographer; you may not permit them to be used in a way that promotes any activity which would discredit Practicaps or its photographers.

Practicaps retains the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including advertising and competitions or for  training, education or demonstration purposes. They will not be sold, licensed to third parties or used to promote any activity other than Practicaps Photography and Imaging, without the express written consent of the subjects. Use of the images by Practicaps is covered by your Contract; if you do not wish us to use your photos in this way, or want to apply other conditions, we will respect your wishes and vary the Contract accordingly. Our standard contract can be viewed or downloaded from the site.

Practicaps will retain copies of your image files for a minimum of 12 months. During this time, additional copies will be available to the bride and groom without charge.
